No, You do not need an account to make a purchase at our store.
How long does the delivery take?
We process all orders within 24 hours. All orders are shipped through Canada Post Service. Estimated Delivery time for Canada is 3-5 days, for the US is 5-7 days and the rest of the world is 7-10 days. However, please note that this time is an estimate and depends on the local postal service in your country.
Please note that during final sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.
How can I Use/Enter a Discount Code?
On the page where you put all shipping address information, you will see a box that says DISCOUNT, where you can enter your discount code. Once you have entered either of these codes click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. You cannot enter coupon codes if you have completed the payment process, however, you can email us with the discount code and we will apply it in order for you.
For some reason, if the discount code is not getting through, Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What are the Shipping Rates?
We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. Right now, we offer free shipping on orders $70 CAD and over. Otherwise, shipping charges are different on different weights and can be seen at the time of checkout. Keep your eye out for free shipping and other promotions that we offer to our exclusive mailing list.

I made a mistake in my order/shipping address, how can I change it?

Please note that we aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and once an order has been shipped it is no longer possible for us to make changes.
Can I return or exchange the products I have ordered?
Yes, You have the right to exchange or return all products you have bought from www.globaltrendz.ca for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them. All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. When returning items ensure you include a brief explanatory note which includes your name, order number, and the reason for return/exchange.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
Are all products on the website in stock?
All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page.
In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock, We will inform you by email before shipping your order so you can select another design or we will refund for the missing item(s).
